Types of Кefundable Items?
Even though we try to make the list of purchases that are eligible for a refund as expansive as possible, for various reasons, it is not possible to make all goods and services on our platform returnable. Such articles usually include virtual skins, in-game virtual currency, and consumable items. Also, note that only the items bought directly on our website are eligible for a refund.
If the DLC content bought through the Bubblegaming platform hasn't been altered or tampered with in any way and has not been used, it is deemed eligible for a refund. Certain items can also be eligible for online self-service refunds. These are easily done via your Bubblegaming account. You will need to go to the Transactions tab of your account and select the item you would like to return, provided it meets the criteria stated above.
Refund Requirements?
Items can be submitted for a refund within 7 days of the purchase. The total playtime for the item in question must be at most 2 hours. Both of these conditions must be met at the same time. The refund policy does not apply to items marked as "non-refundable" in the store.
If you have been banned or expelled from the platform for violating the terms of service or for other reasons, your account is not eligible for filing refund requests. The same applies if you have been found guilty of refund policy abuse. Please note that items are not refundable based on personal preference or your hardware failing to meet the game specifications if the product quality is deemed satisfactory.
Requesting a Refund
Please visit the "Contact Us" section and fill out the refund request form to get a refund. Online self-service refunds could be offered for specific transactions. If you can begin a self-service refund for the game, simply log into your account on our website, travel to the Account dropdown menu in the upper right corner, pick Transactions from the tab menu, and click the "Refund" option.

In case you cancel your order under these circumstances and get a refund you will be reimbursed within 14 days of the purchase date. Pre-purchases
You may cancel your pre-order and get a refund at any point before the official release date of a game on Bubblegaming, provided that the publisher or developer has set one. Furthermore, you are eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase if you have yet to play the game for more than two hours after launch, as long as the request is made within 48 hours of the game's release or pre-download.
Sales and Discounts
You can return your purchase, receive a complete refund, and buy the item again right away by following the aforementioned guidelines. This is a reasonable approach that does not violate the return policy. If Bubblegaming finds you misusing the refund policy, refunds may not be available.
